Directions
From Los Angeles:
(1.5-2 hours from Santa
Monica Area, 2.5-3 hours from South Bay area)
Take the 405 Freeway North to
the 101 Highway.
Take the 101 Freeway Westward towards Ventura.
Pass Camarillo, Oxnard, Ventura, Summerland.
Take the Garden St. exit.
Turn right on Garden St. and follow for about 1.5 miles.
Turn right on Los Olivos St.
Bear left as you pass S.B. Mission on the left.
Wave and continue, this is not the St. Mary's Seminary, you are going
to a higher place!
Turn right at the "T", onto
Mission Canyon Rd.
Continue with the directions below.

From San Francisco:
Take 101 Highway towards San
Luis Obispo.
Pass Santa Maria and Goleta.
Take Las Positas Rd exit.
Turn left on Las Positas Rd will change to San Roque Rd.
Turn right on Foothill Rd.
Foothill Rd. will merge with Mission Canyon Rd.
Continue with the directions below.

Continued Directions:
Bear left and follow Mission Canyon Rd.
SLOW DOWN, tricky part ahead.
Look carefully and stay on Mission Canyon Rd.
Turn right on Las Canoas Rd.
The road sign is hiding behind the tree.
Follow the twisty-turny, up
hill road, pass
the one-lane bridge and turn left into 1964 Las Canoas Rd.
Please park in any available
space not marked
staff or handicap. Additional parking is located behind the Gym.
